Electrolux Style Power Nozzle Assembly w/ QUICK RELEASE Open Box

1st week with new power assembly and it is a big improvement over my old- 18yr old unit. Spoke with person and he convinced me to buy, very happy I did. Also grabbed bags and filters at a great price. I might add that these folks were in the middle of some seriously bad weather. So being able to talk with the salesperson and get the stuff in good time is especially gratifying! Good job Evacuumstore in Norwood Ma.

The LEDs are a nice touch. I used to think headlights on a vacuum were a gimmick but what the heck, get them anyway. Mine worked like a charm soon as I hooked it up. The only concern is what color do you want. These come in either black with a grey wand or white on white. I just happened to get the black model which looks excellent with my Silverado. I may order a white one for my Olympia now.

The power nozzle dose not work with the tubes that came with it. The electrical connection to the hose is interrupted when I pull the arm towards me, so the brush stops on the backward motion and starts again when pushed forward. Luckily the tubes from my old nozzle fit and make a good connection so there is no interruption. I will be contacting the company to find out what can be done about this. Other than that the nozzle seems to work well (when used with the old tubes), better than the old one that is 34 years old.

Electrolux makes quality vacuum cleaners. This new power head will give us another 20 years with the epic series.

Works like a dream. It made our old vacuum like new again.
