I bought mine on Amazon, I replaced an older Eureka canister vacuum, I really like this machine it is quiet considering there are two motors running at the same time, It has so much suction it can be difficult to push as it is grabbing the carpet, however there is a suction release and a control to reduce the motors power, It works great on tile and hardwood floors too. But the best is the bag less feature, I am amazed at how much dog hair it pickups, the HEPA filter is washable so it's life can be increased if U want to wash it in the sink. I bought a package of 4 filters on line for $9.00 each including shipping. 2 thumbs up !
