The new HEPA filter is great. We had a bit of a shipping issue, when the shipment arrived, it was the wrong filter so after I emailed a photo of the wrong filter and the old filter, they shipped out the correct filters right away.

perfect fit and with regular cleaning, filter lasts a long time- better to vac filter or blow air from inside to out

Durable and very easy off and on. No matter how many times I remove these filters and bang them against something hard they hold up and go right back in the lid's notches. I bang them outside to release all the dust and dirt that stays trapped in the filter.
