Eureka Mighty Mite Plastic Handle

Horrible! I ordered a piece for my vacuum based off their websites model number that said it would match my model. The item didn't match. I called and told them I needed to return the item they gave my code and sent me a return receipt. My purchase was for $19.24. They were only refunding me $13.25. They said that they do not reimbursed the shipping fee. So now I have to pay $12 to ship the back the item to get back $13.25. How am I getting my money back? When I reached out to them again to tell them that that wasn’t right, they completely ignored me! Because there’s a catch as well, you have 14 days to return your item. So they figured they’d just ignore me and let my days run out so I’d be screwed either way. Stay away from this company if you can they don’t care about their customers. Don’t let them steal your money! It’s sad that you support a small business and they screw you over.
