Bad design.

I like the vacuum but the design of the brushroll collects hair and forces it into the bearing. It destroys the brushroll no mater how often you clean it. Now you can't buy a new brushroll. Sometimes you can find a used one but that gives you about half a year of use even if you disassemble the brushroll bearing to clean and grease it after every time you use it.
