I have used versions of this vacuum for close to 40 years (yes, its true)! This vacuum was the key tool for the new construction cleaning business I had for a time for a time and one has been in our home every since. These vacuums are warriors and if the bag is kept reasonably clear, these dandies will run for years! Additionally, the hose can be switched around so to become a blower which is handy when clearing the bag. Very powerful and super effective on hard surfaces, cars, upholstery, etc. Best yet, furniture and baseboards don’t get dinged up by a trailing canister. Finally, in terms of economy, this is a very reasonably priced vacuum and you can say “goodbye” to having to purchase expensive vacuum bags.
