I bought an RV with an integrated Intervac system. This was back in 2018. The system stopped working this year. The board on the system is burned out and needs to be replaced. The entire vacuum system only contains a handful of parts. A plastic case, a switch, a circuit board, and a motor. I was told that they don't sell replacement parts and I would need to send it in to be repaired. I have repaired my Dyson vacuum a dozen times over the last 15 years and never had a problem getting a new part when something broke on it. These things are not complicated and very simple to repair with a little know-how. The fact that I have to either spend $300 to replace it or half that much to send it in to have someone else fix something I could in 20 minutes is unacceptable to me. Stay away.
