Dual Rotafil Motors — Built in Italy
The LW46E runs two purpose-built Rotafil motors — a 600W two-stage suction motor and a 300W permanent magnet brush motor, both manufactured by Rotafil in Padua, Italy and designed specifically for this machine. The result is exceptionally powerful suction (71 in H₂O water lift, 84.7 CFM airflow) with the quiet, efficient performance Lindhaus is known for.
Steerable Floor Squeegee — Vacuums Through Every Corner
The floor wiper nozzle is steerable — it automatically rotates in the opposite direction to the machine to vacuum dirty water perfectly even while cornering. Removable without tools. The squeegees can be rotated to use all four sides, maximizing service life and reducing operating costs.
Removable Tanks — Front & Rear
The blue clean water tank (2.6 gal / 10L) is mounted on the rudder with a metering cap. The front recovery tank (3.4 gal / 13L) has a float switch and motor protection filter. All filters are treated with an antiseptic product to eliminate bacteria, fungi, and mites on contact — important for schools, gyms, and healthcare settings.
160° Adjustable Rudder — Folds for Transport
The tiller adjusts up to 160° to suit any operator height and allows the machine to reach easily under low tables and furniture. The machine folds flat for transport in a car. At only 9" base height, it fits under most standard furniture and in tight service corridors.

What floor types can the LW46E clean?
The LW46E is designed to handle virtually all sealed hard floor surfaces: marble, wood, terracotta, ceramic, resins, quartz, rubber, and concrete. Six different roller types are available — bristle rollers for standard floors and abrasive discs for heavily soiled or rougher surfaces — allowing the machine to be configured for any commercial flooring challenge. The only surfaces not suited are carpet and textile floors.
Does the LW46E leave floors wet after cleaning?
No. The steerable floor squeegee vacuums up dirty water immediately behind the brush as the machine moves forward — washing, scrubbing, and water recovery all happen in a single pass.
