Installing the fabric cover over the hose was a pain. The cardboard tube provided was too short and as a result the fabric had to be forced on and compressed an excessive amount. For the money spent I feel the hose should arrive with the cover already installed. Delivery took significantly longer than promised. When I inquired I was told that the item was "back ordered". I'm convinced this could have been mentioned when I called to place the order.
