I took a chance on this tool fitting my hose of 1 1/4" but it fit fine and works great, it is especially useful cleaning under the refrigerator, dishwasher, wash machine and dryer, another advantage this device has are side vents that allow more air to flow which pulls more dust off of surrounding surfaces
