Powr-Flite Multiwash PFMW14 Multi-Surface Floor Scrubber

The Powr-Flite Multiwash PFMW14 is a corded cylindrical-brush scrubber for facilities that need one machine for multiple floor-care tasks. Counter-rotating brushes and a recovery drum dispense solution, scrub the surface and recover dirty water in one pass, helping commercial cleaning teams maintain hard floors, grouted tile, rubber matting and carpet with the appropriate brush.

Scrub and Recover in One Pass

For a cleaning team moving between tiled areas, rubber flooring and commercial carpet, the Multiwash provides a versatile alternative to using a separate machine for every surface. It can scrub uneven tile and support encapsulation carpet cleaning; select the brush and cleaning method suited to each job.

A 750-watt motor drives the cylindrical brushes at 650 RPM. Powr-Flite lists a 13-inch cleaning width and rated productivity of up to 5,500 square feet per hour. Those figures give facilities a useful starting point for comparing the PFMW14 with the size and layout of their cleaning routes.

The one-gallon solution tank supports low-moisture cleaning, and the tanks remove without tools for cleanup after the job. Self-cleaning brushes eliminate floor-pad changes, while the 40-foot cord provides corded operation across the work area. Powr-Flite lists the sound level at 69 dBA.

Standard brushes are included. Optional soft, hard, carpet, escalator and side brushes and the transport cart are sold separately. Match brush stiffness and cleaning chemistry to the surface rather than assuming every brush is suitable for every floor.
