Description
The Powr-Flite PS460-W22-UG is a 20-inch brush-assist walk-behind scrubber with AGM batteries for routine commercial hard-floor cleaning. Its guarded brush deck scrubs the floor while the vacuum and parabolic squeegee system collect dirty solution, combining washing and recovery in one machine.
Brush-Assist Cleaning
The rotating disc brush helps the machine move across the floor as the operator guides it. This is the brush-assist configuration, not the separate traction-drive model with powered forward and reverse travel. A 20-inch brush operates at 180 RPM, with a 32-inch squeegee collecting solution behind the scrub deck.
The 14.5-gallon solution tank supports cleaning routes through larger hard-floor areas. A recovery tank of approximately 16 gallons holds the collected dirty water. Select the brush or pad and cleaning solution appropriate for the floor finish and follow the floor manufacturer's care instructions.
Filling, Draining and Daily Care
A sink-hose fill option and front bucket-fill opening give operators two ways to add solution. After cleaning, use the recovery drain hose to empty dirty water and the wide solution drain opening to remove remaining cleaning solution. Fingertip controls keep routine functions within reach during operation.
