The Prolux PLCCV12K is a central vacuum power unit for homeowners replacing or upgrading the motor unit in a standard US central vacuum system. Its 2-stage tangential bypass motor delivers 142 CFM of airflow, with the choice of bagged or bagless dirt collection.

Built for Your Central Vacuum Setup

Dual intake ports on the left and right give you connection options when positioning the unit. The included bracket supports wall mounting, while the powder-coated steel body provides a durable housing for the motor and collection system.

Choose a collection bag or use the bagless dirt chamber to suit your maintenance preference. In bagless use, a clear viewing window lets you check the dirt level without opening the chamber. Prolux specifies a Gore-Tex-coated filter, and the included external muffler helps reduce operating noise.

Manufacturer Warranty

Prolux lists a 25-year warranty on the steel body, a 10-year warranty on the motor, and a 1-year warranty on the remaining unit components. These are separate coverage periods, not a 25-year warranty on the entire vacuum. Review Prolux's warranty terms for coverage conditions.
