Bissell 1623825 Removable Nozzle

Received an email 4 days after I ordered this part that the part was not in stock. It took another couple days before I received notification that it had shipped. In the meantime I had sent an email asking about a delivery date and additional information which was not responded to. I've been received it in the mail almost 2 weeks after purchase date. I tried to return it and was told that I would have to pay for the shipping back. During this correspondence they stopped responding. I still don't have any return information.
