I loved my original Miele and it is still going(20yrs) wanted to get a new one and use old one at work. When i received new one And began putting it together it did not feel as heavy as my original one. The new one works well and looks good but it is not 100% German made! China has been thrown into the mix! Thus the cheaper grade material. I will keep it but it will go to work not my old one that is 100% German made. I do not want to lose the better grade machine! I understand why companies do this but I don't have to like it. Thanks Bridget Ferguson

Thank you evacuum store for speedy and free delivery! FIVE STAR RATING! My old Miele canister was >20 years old, model: S3121. The shipping box had a few dings to it, but the vacuum machine was in another box, which was undamaged. I am thrilled to pieces with this vacuum. It is: Light to pull from room-to-room (I am 79 years old), EASY to operate-simple basic buttons for quick set-up), MANY attachments, and a direction book. Suction is beYOND amazing! Other positives: sale price, free shipping, arrived about two days after I ordered it! My old Miele lived for 20 years and in spite of my 57-year-old parrot biting the cord about 3 times, it was repaired, and it still worked! I am over the moon on this purchase!

Excellent canister vacuum! Suction is superb for this lightweight, small but mighty vacuum! Glides across carpet & floor with ease! Wish I would have purchased this years ago! Vacuums my ultra thick carpeting without getting wrapped up in the typical better bar!! Much better than my Dyson! Would highly recommend! So pleased with this unit!

This vacuum works like a dream! It works well it's super lightweight, I've used all the attachments and the swivel neck on the duster attachment makes it perfect at any angle. I haven't been this excited about a purchase in a long time!!
