OK, after paying $20.00 for a plastic bag holder for our Miele Callisto, it was received with no installation instructions. After looking at youTube, found out it required a small torsion spring clip to function. Not included in purchase, required an addition $5.00. Why not just charge an additional $5.00 for the bag holder and include it in the purchase price. Would have been nice to know you needed a spring clip to utilize the bag holder!
