The Clarke TFC 400 All-Purpose Cleaner & Extractor is a versatile cleaner that can tackle almost any job you throw at it: cleaning restrooms, garages and locker rooms, mats, hallways, and extracting carpets. If you’re looking for an all-purpose cleaner, look no further.

This commercial cleaning machine has 400 pounds per square inch (psi) of spraying ability, and helps you deep clean dirt and grime without needing to come in contact with it. The large solution tank holds 20 gallons, and the recovery tank holds 13 gallons, allowing you to get more cleaning done in less time.

This cleaner and extractor also comes with a handy tool kit with everything you could need to get the job done: a long 25-foot hose, squeegee wand, optional front-mount squeegee, and more. This cleaner also has an open-wide full access design to allow you to take care of minor repairs with ease. This enables you to serve more customers rather than needing to take the cleaner to a professional repairman.

Everything is stored neatly aboard the TFC400, so you don’t have to worry about lugging extra things around. If you’d like, though, there is a detachable tool caddy that allows you to take the tools you need with you throughout the building.
