RECOVERY TANK FEATURES: The Aqua-Air Power Unit uses the cyclonic separator and cold water spray to remove water, foam and matter from the air flow without restrictive filters or mechanical floats. Large debris is contained in a mesh screen while the liquids automatically dump down the drain.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Unit connects directly into water outlets OR to cleaning formula injection unit (optional, AA031 or AA033).

  • To comply with Plumbing Codes, P-Trap and Vent required
  • For power units stationed in a small enclosed space, the motor exhaust must be directed out of building by way of the shortest route possible.

INSTALLATION PARAMETERS
The power unit should be stationed somewhere in the building that is protected from freezing temperatures, the mounting bracket secured tightly and firmly to a stud, brick, or another ideal anchoring material. Leave at least 12 inches of space on each side of the power unit and at the top. Enough room for the drain connection and accessibility to debris screen must be left below the unit.

Inlet Valves and installation tubing use 2" PVC vacuum tubing and fittings.

WATER OUTLETS
Water Outlets are positioned beside the vacuum inlets. Water lines can either be 3/8" or 1/2" PEX, 3/8" copper or other similar tubing that is ideal for the structure. Piping, line, and tube connections should be made in areas that are easily accessible.

WARRANTY FOR RESIDENTIAL USE
The Aqua-Air Power Unit is covered under a five (5) year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
The attachments, accessories, tools, and hoses are covered under a one (1) year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
