The product is correct, but the connection between hose and tube fails with use. I have changed this part twice in a few years

The service and this site are good. Delivery was prompt and the price was good compared to other retailers. The hose itself has already torn, and I just ordered a new one. It’s disappointing because I’ve only had it for three months. But I think that it’s a design flaw and user error more than anything (I use this to clean vacant apartments and I was cleaning a higher shelf and I bent it too far at a bad spot). It always tears where the flexible part of the hose connects to the nozzle for the attachments. But this vacuum is going stronger after more than 15 years so I’ll keep buying parts whenever I break them 🙂
