Hockey Rink & Arena Cleaning Equipment
Rubber flooring, concourses, stands, locker rooms and restrooms all take a beating on game nights. Equip your crew with battery scrubbers, sweepers and no-touch cleaning systems that turn the building around fast between events.

Equipment for every area of your rink
Each area of an arena has its own floor type and soil. Match the machine to the zone.
Rubber floors & benches
Player walkways, bench areas and skate-traffic rubber flooring. Battery auto scrubbers with soft brushes or pads lift tracked-in grit and ice-melt film.
Walk-behind scrubbers →Lobbies & concourses
Big sealed-concrete and tile areas between periods and events. Ride-on scrubbers clean the whole concourse in one pass.
Ride-on scrubbers →Stands & walkways
Popcorn, cups and debris under seating and along aisles. Sweepers and wide area vacuums pick it up fast.
Sweepers →Locker & dressing rooms
Tile and rubber floors, showers and drains that hold moisture and odor. Spray-and-vac machines flush them clean.
No-touch cleaning →Public restrooms
High-volume restrooms on game nights. Touch-free cleaning systems and high-speed hand dryers keep them up.
Hand dryers →Humidity & moisture
Damp locker rooms, equipment storage and mechanical rooms. Commercial dehumidifiers pull moisture that causes odor and corrosion.
See dehumidifiers below →Built for indoor ice facilities
No exhaust indoors
Battery scrubbers and sweepers produce no engine exhaust, which matters in enclosed rinks where air quality is closely watched.
Fast event turnaround
Wide cleaning paths and large tanks clean concourses and lobbies between periods, games and tournaments.
Safer, drier floors
Auto scrubbers recover the water as they clean, so rubber and concrete floors are dry and walkable right away.

Rubber flooring tips
Use soft scrub brushes or non-aggressive pads and a neutral-pH cleaner. Avoid solvents and harsh degreasers, which can dull or damage rubber. Always check the flooring manufacturer's care guide.
Plan for ice-melt and grit
Skate guards, boots and ice-melt leave grit and film near entrances and benches. Sweep or vacuum loose debris first, then scrub, to protect pads and squeegee blades.
Arena cleaning equipment
Walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, sweepers, restroom equipment, hand dryers, changing stations and dehumidifiers.
Rink and arena cleaning questions
What is the best machine for cleaning rubber rink flooring?
A battery walk-behind auto scrubber with a soft brush or gentle pad is the most common choice. It scrubs and recovers the water in one pass, so the floor is dry and safe for skaters quickly. Orbital scrubbers work well for deeper cleaning of heavily soiled rubber.
Can floor scrubbers be used on rubber flooring?
Yes, with the right setup. Use soft brushes or non-aggressive pads, moderate down pressure and a neutral cleaner, and follow the flooring manufacturer's recommendations.
Do you sell ice resurfacers or ice edgers?
Not at this time. This page covers floor care and facility cleaning for the rest of your arena. Call us if you need help sourcing other rink equipment.
Ride-on or walk-behind scrubber for a concourse?
Walk-behind scrubbers suit locker rooms, bench areas and smaller lobbies. Ride-on scrubbers cover large concourses much faster and reduce operator fatigue on long event-night shifts.
Will a dehumidifier fix fog over the ice sheet?
No. Fog and condensation over the ice surface are handled by the building's dedicated rink dehumidification system. Portable commercial dehumidifiers are for locker rooms, equipment storage and mechanical rooms.
