We have the Compact C2 Electro. It is ok but not great. Build quality is very high, suction is good and airflow great. The Wessel-Werk power nozzle is one of the better in the industry with good agitation and lots of different height adjustments. The cons however for us outweigh the pluses. The hose is miserable, too stiff at times while easily kinked at other times and is just too short. The cord is similarly too short. The attachments are a cruel joke, especially the useless little dusting brush. Cheap Kenmores have better attachments! Worse yet since the attachments are mounted on the canister end of the hose when you pivot the hose it often tips the whole vacuum over. Miele bags are very espensive and not very big. Normal wear parts are expensive and only available from designated Miele dealers. There are better canister vacuums for the price.

This is not the first Miele I bought but it’s the best! Compact, HEPA Filter , quiet, strong suction in awesome color! Love the power head ! Worth the big bucks I payed for it . Mercedes class in vacuums!

Just purchased last week... so far, best vacuum I've ever had. Amazing power and suction, and appears to be built better than any of the vacuums I've owned in the past (Dyson, Shark, Oreck). Highly recommend at this early stage.

Wonderful investment! I love to vacuum now! I was trying to decide which Miele to purchase & called in & received a great recommendation for this vacuum. We have a large home 2 story home with hardwood & slate on the lower level with several rugs & all carpet upstairs. This vacuum is great for both with the parque attachment & powerhead! Easy to push & light to carry up & down the stairs. My children ages 6, 8, 12 & 15 have all used it effortlessly! Love my Miele!

I’m so pleased with my new vac. It makes cleaning the stairs easier because it is much lighter than I expected. Plus it fits easily on the stair-step. The attachments that are included are perfect for my needs, since I have hardwood, tile, & carpeted floors. It is a quiet vacuum—I could not believe the difference. I’ve had so many vacuums In the past. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase a Miele. I cannot say enough good things about evacuumstore and the help I received in choosing the perfect vacuum and for the excellent service. Sean made sure that everything was delivered to me in perfect condition, too. So, no worries.
