TheHoover FH52000 SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner is Hoover’s best full-size, upright carpet cleaner. It’s ridiculously simple to use: all you need to do is push it forward to clean and pull it back to dry. You can achieve a deep clean of your carpets that feels just like vacuuming! Gone are the multiple buttons that most carpet shampooers have. You don’t need to measure solutions or deal with any of the hassles you’d get with other carpet cleaners.

The SmartWash+ enables you to remove deeply embedded dirt with the use of its FlexForce PowerBrusthes. The Auto Mix mixes and dispenses the right amount of solution for optimal cleaning, and the Auto Dry function powerfully extracts water from the carpet while the HeatForce feature helps your carpets dry faster.

This automatic carpet cleaner also has a 1-Step Removable Nozzle to make brush cleaning easy, as well as an easy-fill Dual Tank System. The triggerless design allows you to simply “vacuum away the stains” with no fuss, and the Low Profile Foot easily reaches and removes tough stains. Attach the 2-in-1 antimicrobial pet tool (additional purchase required) for a deep clean everywhere from upholstery to curtains to car interiors.

Vacuum carpet and upholstery thoroughly with a Hoover vacuum before use. Don’t use the carpet cleaner as a traditional vacuum cleaner (never try to dry vacuum with the SmartWash+). Only use your carpet cleaner for upholstery if the fabric is marked with a “W” for wet clean or “S/W” for solvent/dry or wet clean. Test for colorfastness in a small, hidden area before use by gently rubbing the area with a damp, white cloth. Wait 10 minutes and check for color removal or bleed with a white paper towel.

For best results, pretreat stains with a Hoover spot treatment to help loosen and remove stubborn stains.
