To set up your Rug Doctor MightyPro X3 commercial vacuum cleaner, check the back of the machine to ensure that all of the hose connections are secure and that it’s set to clean carpet rather than upholstery. Lift up the recovery latch and raise the dome hood to remove the recovery tank.

Depending on how dirty your carpets are, add 2-4 ounces of RugDoctor Carpet Cleaner formula per gallon of hot tap water into a clean bucket. Fill the lower tank with the Rug Doctor cleaning solution by pouring it through the white filter screen. The machine is full when the liquid halfway covers the filter screen.
