As you can tell from the description, these kits are available with either a direct connect or pig-tail hose. What type of hose you'll need depends on your hose inlet valves. The direct connect hose works with Super Valves, and the pig-tail hose works with Standard Valves. But aside from just including a power nozzle for carpeting, these kits include other attachments, such as a bare floor brush, crevice tool and dusting brush.
