Description

This motor has a beveled bottom and is not flat. To change this motor just remove the three screws at the top of the unit and remove the top cover. After you remove the top cover please remove the three bolts on the motor, once this is complete you can swap out the motor. This is a very easy install and should take you about 10 minutes.

This is the same central vacuum motor sells at the Aerus dealership for over $300.

I'm very glad that the motor is still available! I bought it as a spare motor since I just had to replace the original motor after 25 years of service.I hope this new spare motor works. I may have to tentatively test it to be sure it is functioning properly. Otherwise, 5 stars would be my choice.

Works like a dream. Had toredo a few wires to make it work, but it works!

Perfect fit and super easy to install! I was quoted several hundreds of dollars to fix our central vac. Was able to get it done for $90, a 11mm socket wrench and a Phillips screwdriver. Thank you!
