The lightweight vacuum that gives power a whole new meaning is found with the Miele Complete C3 Alize. This model of Miele canister vacuum operates with a 1,200 Watt vortex motor putting all other motors to shame. Although renowned for its quiet operation, don't let this machine fool you. In conjunction with the prestigious Miele brand motor found in this sweeper, the Complete C3 Alize also operates on a 12-stage AirClean sealed system which guarantees the best suction power possible.

In order to put this suction power to use, the Alize utilizes a Miele SBD650-3 AirTeQ Combination Floor Tool which allows for the quick-switch option between hardwood and carpet cleaning. Other features include a 360-degree swivel neck for increased maneuverability, non-marring wheels, and a docking clip to append this attachment to the side of the canister.

For the successful cleaning of all other surfaces in your home, a Miele SSP10 Natural Bristle Dusting Brush, Miele Complete C3 Alize Upholstery Tool, and Miele Complete C3 Alize Crevice Tool are also included. These quality tools are attached to the lightweight telescopic wand that extends from the LED lit hose handle.

In order to provide the highest levels of filtration, the Complete C3 Alize Miele vacuum comes equipped with an active Miele HEPA filter SF-HA50. This method of filtration successfully removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 micrometers helping to increase the air quality and overall freshness of your home. In some cases it can be difficult to discern when your HEPA filter should be changed. However, with this prestigious Miele vacuum, that fear is completely erased.

Standard in the Complete C3 are replacement indicators that alert you when the filter should be changed out, thus keeping your home at the level of air quality you deserve. In addition to the HEPA filter provided with this machine, the Miele GN vacuum bags also provide additional AirClean filtration. Easy to maneuver thanks to the dynamic castor wheels and easy to store due to its on-board tool storage capabilities, the Miele canister vacuum, model Complete C3 is the vacuum to end all vacuums.

This vacuum is really beautifully designed. It is great to have the attachments hidden in the body of the vacuum itself. The suction is strong, the handle is ergonomic. I find the light a bit pointless and didn't bother putting a battery in it but perhaps others will enjoy that feature. Overall, a solidly made vacuum that I replaced a 15 year old Electrolux with. I had a Dyson in between and prefer the performance and quality of the Miele.

This Alize model has about every Miele tech upgrade feature other than power controls on the handle and a self powered head. The upgraded pneumatic wheels, ergo handle with LED light, HEPA filter change light and auto suction control are all outstanding additions vs. the Calima. The AirTeQ floor head is a curious tool. If one leaves suction on auto and extends the wand to push and pull the floor head at a more shallow angle it works effectively on low pile carpets... But it does take some experimentation and getting used to. The motor is so quiet but creates great suction. The ivory color of the unit is elegant. The C3's are still made in Germany (2017) and everything about this unit is high quality... But forget about it if you have any kind of moderately plush carpets. The self-storage of the accessory attachments is also great. If one is used to a vacuum with a powered rolling floor head be prepared for a feel that is not as smooth and subtle, but something that you can get used to knowing you have a 20 year vac that cleans with great power and has a wide array of attachments available with the unit and optionally to meet your needs.
