eVacuumStore is pleased to introduce to you the
Miele Swing H1 Universal stick vacuum. Weighing in at a measly 9 pounds, this model remains to be the only lightweight stick vacuum manufactured by Miele. Want to hear how it does on tile and pile carpeting? Well, you'll just have to read on to find out.

When you first open your eVacuumStore shipment, you are going to be greeted with an array of parts. You have an ergonomic handle that needs to be attached to the vacuum body, a versatile FiberTeQ cleaning nozzle, a crevice tool, upholstery tool, and an accessory clip. As a whole, the assembly process was pretty self-explanatory. But just in case, eVacuumStore has created its own step-by-step instructions on how to assemble this model. For best results, combine our
handy image-based guide with the written instructions inside the product manual, and you'll be ready to vacuum in no time.

Once the Miele Swing H1 is assembled and plugged in,you can turn on the vacuum by sliding the power selector located on the carry handle of this model. Push forward once for minimum suction, and push forward again for maximum suction. To turn the vacuum off, pull the selector backwards until the vacuums 12 amp, 1000 watt motor shuts off. Need to clean your hardwood or tiled floors? No problem!
Miele's FiberTeQ cleaning nozzle is equipped with a foot pedal that allows you to adjust your floor brush to the surface you are vacuuming. If you wish to enhance your cleaning experience even more, you can always purchase additional floor attachments like the
Miele AirTeQ Combination Floor Tool,
Miele Turbo Comfort Turbo Brush, or the
Miele Electro Premium Power Head. This stick vacuum is truly a jack of all trades.
One of the last things we tested was the sound level. To do this, we held a sound pressure level (SPL) meter within earshot of the vacuum. When the vacuum motor is running at minimum speed, the sound level clocks in at around 66 dB. When the vacuum motor is running at maximum speed, the sound level clocks in at around 70 dB. These levels can be equated to the level of a radio or TV-audio playing in the background.
Once we were done testing out this vacuum, we manually wrapped the 40 ft power cord around the hooks located on the backside of the body housing. For a finishing touch, we attached the power cord to the cable clip, a staple of most Miele upright and canister vacuums, to prevent it from running array. Lastly, we decided to take a quick tour of our vacuums inner compartments. For starters, this vacuum is fitted with
Miele K bags. These self-closing, cloth bags hold 2.6 dry quarts of dust and debris. Behind the Miele K bag sits a motor filter that is designed to catch miscellaneous particulate matter before it reaches the motor. You should
change this filter once per every 5 bags you go through. On the backside of the vacuum, you can find a black release button that opens up the chamber where the Miele AirClean exhaust filter sits. You should closely monitor this filter and replace every six months if not sooner.
Overall, this lightweight model is durable, powerful and works great on any floor surface. We hope this product review gave you a solid introduction to the
Miele Swing H1. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with a vacuum specialist by dialing 1-866-972-8227.
